Contract Bidding Services

  • Comprehensive review of tender documents to identify the risks and issue the risk report to the bidder to enable them to decide on whether to pursue the bid submission or not.
  • Classify the identified risks and propose mitigation measures for the identified risks
  • Review the tender documents to highlight any discrepancies or inconsistencies.
  • Re-measurement of the works to validate the quantities stipulated in the bid documents (Bill of Quantities)
  • Pricing of the works.


Pre-award phase of the Contracts

  • Identify and highlight the inconsistency or discrepancies within the document.
  • Conduct a comprehensive review of the Main Contract / Subcontract Agreements to protect the best interests of the Client.
  • Ensure that the Contractor’s rights are fully covered and protected
  • Review and identification of the risks to the Contractor.
  • Identify and highlight any unfair provisions towards the Contractor’s role & any inconsistencies or discrepancies within the document.

  • Seek the ‘Expression of Interest’ from the identified Suppliers
  • Release the ‘RFQ’ to the market

  • Bid summaries to the Client and nominate the preferred Supplier
